Krystle D'Souza made her television debut with Kahe Naa Kahe. She was attending college and participated in theatre performances and therefore, this led to her getting cast in the lead role.

After her stint as Kinjal in Kahe Naa Kahe, she played a cameo in 9X show Kyaa Dill Mein Hain. She then went on to play the role of Veera, the sister of the male protagonist Prem (Harshad Chopra) in STAR Plus' show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil. After that she played the role of Yamini in Aahat opposite Chaitanya Choudhury and Vishal Gandhi. D'Souza later went on to play the role of the male protagonist Shravan's (Barun Sobti) girlfriend, Taara. Currently she portrays the lead role of Jeevika in STAR Plus show Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, produced by Cinevistaas.
